The School District of Lancaster retained Sims Architects to conduct a Comprehensive Master Plan for the district. Over 20 buildings were evaluated in addition to the athletic fields. After numerous committee meetings, a prioritization chart was developed to identify the schools that needed to be addressed first. In addition, several preliminary designs were created to show potential solutions to the building program. After a successful plan was developed, the district undertook a 150 million dollar building program.
