Lancaster Co Working

This is our very own project in downtown Lancaster which currently houses our firm. We transformed this space from a dark and dreary warehouse to bright and hip private offices, meeting rooms, and workstations. Our intent was to maintain the building’s character by highlighting its most distinctive elements: stone walls were all uncovered and re-pointed, the wood ceiling was carefully cut to fit the spaces between the floor joists, and the concrete floor was sealed and polished. Humorous touches include floors inlaid with pennies and marbles.
