Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) hired Sims Architects to renovate the old Harold’s Furniture store (Lebanon, Pa) into counseling offices. The front facade was restored to its original appearance after the old 1970’s metal panels were removed. Upon entering a secure lobby area, clients can access individual counseling offices or group rooms.
