High School Athletic Fields

Sims Architects was retained to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for all the athletic fields in the Downingtown Area School District ( Downingtown / Exton, Pa). The study reviewed the cost of maintaining natural turf fields vs. artificial turf fields. The study allowed the district to make a decision to install two artificial fields at the Downingtown East High School. Sims Architects was responsible for design and construction oversight of both fields.
