When Sims Architects was formed in 2003, it moved to its first location (Manheim Township, Lancaster, Pa). In 2007 the office was renovated to include new finishes and furniture. The renovations were designed such that if relocation to another facility occurred, many of the items could be removed and relocated. Attention to detail is always important and certainly evident with this project. The custom signage in the entry is made of 3/8 inch thick polished stainless steel.
